Dude's Christmas Vacation

This post is LONG overdue, as it's almost a year later from Dude's X-Mas Vacation of 2006. Dude wasn't able to come to California with us for X-Mas, but he got to spend it with Abby, Suzanne and Greg! It was his first time time away from us, and we're told he did great! I'm sure he spent most of his time chasing around Abby driving her nuts though!

It's fall and the leaves are everywhere!!

It's fall, the trees are shedding their leaves... and DUDE IS LOVING IT!!

Okay, so I've come to the conclusion that he's doing one of three things here...
1. Pouting cuz he wants to go to the park
2. Doing yoga, or
3. Praying to the food gods to give him some treats!

This has got to be one of the funniest things Dude does!! He juggles his giant soccer ball... while laying upside on the couch!!

Our little Dude lost a fight with a bee and got stung on his lip, and it swelled up at least twice the size!! But he's okay now!!

Destructed in less than ONE day!!

We got Dude a new stuffed toy, and in less than one day the rope ear was ripped off and shredded, and the stuffing was all pulled out!

Dude's 1st Boston Terrier Play Day

We found a Boston Terrier meetup group on Meetup.com where people with Boston's meet up every 3rd Saturday of the month to let them play with other Bostons!! We had a blast, and Dude played non stop from beginning to end!! It was fun to see all of the other crazy dogs... Now we know that Dude is normal... haha!!

Dude got to spend the weekend hanging out with his newest cuddle buddy... Auntie Laura!!

The new sleeping bag

We got Dude a new sleeping bag, but most of the time he just uses it as a toy and drags it around everywhere. However... I did manage to get a picture of him snoozin away!!

Dude's newest obsession... the cow hoof

Who would have thought that a cow hoof would be so enjoyable??? Dude will not go anywhere without his new cow hoof. He takes it from room to room, and if it's lost, he won't stop sniffin around until he finds it!

Well after several days of being lost... we found Dude's HAMBURGER!!! He was very pleased to say the least!! Check out this cute video of him running around panting and snorting with his little hamburger!!

My first day at the park...

Dude finally got to go to the doggie park, only to find out that he was the only dog in the small dog area! = ( But that didn't stop him from having fun. He chased the big dogs through the fence... up and back the whole play area!



We ended up bringing him back a few hours later so that he could finally have some fun with some other little dogs.

Moving on up... to OREGON!!

Well after lots of packing, driving, and unpacking... we finally made it to Oregon. We upgraded to a nicer apartment with more space for Dude to run and play. He loves to run full speed back and forth down the hallway (we call it his "zoomies"... zoom zoom!) He also loves his new spot right in front of the fireplace, but who can blame him... it get's cold up here!!




And of course no Oregon dog is complete without his own reflective raincoat.

Uh oh... BUSTED!!!

So apparently Dude doesn't want me to go back to work. He wants me to stay home and play with him everyday, because he tore up my job listings I printed out!! Bad boy!!! But he's too cute to be mad at for long... right??

Dude got to spend the weekend at his Grandma & Grandpa's (my parents) and got lots of exercise running around in the yard playing with Daisy and my nephew Bradyn.
