Awesome new park -- GABRIEL PARK, Portland, OR

Ever since we moved up here, we kept hearing about Gabriel Park from everyone. "You gotta go, you gotta go". So finally... we decided to see what all the talk was about it. Turns out -- it's a great park!! Nice and open, clean, rolling hills, lots of people and more importantly... lots of fun dogs!!

If you are in the Portland area, you gotta check it out!

BLIZZARD in BEAV-TOWN

We woke up this morning to at least 3 inches of snow, and practically a blizzard outside (at least to us California transplants). It finally stopped a few hours ago, and now theres about 5-6 inches of fluffy snow! We took Dude out for a short walk to see if he'd like it, and he had a blast! Well.. at least for about 10 minutes until his little feet got frozen. Then he wasn't liking it too much.




"No Dude, we don't want a yellow snow cone!"

It's hard to tell from this first picture, but his back end is up and he's sloping downward! He'll just plop down in the most random spaces!!

Dude's Christmas Vacation

This post is LONG overdue, as it's almost a year later from Dude's X-Mas Vacation of 2006. Dude wasn't able to come to California with us for X-Mas, but he got to spend it with Abby, Suzanne and Greg! It was his first time time away from us, and we're told he did great! I'm sure he spent most of his time chasing around Abby driving her nuts though!

Okay, so I've come to the conclusion that he's doing one of three things here...
1. Pouting cuz he wants to go to the park
2. Doing yoga, or
3. Praying to the food gods to give him some treats!

This has got to be one of the funniest things Dude does!! He juggles his giant soccer ball... while laying upside on the couch!!

Our little Dude lost a fight with a bee and got stung on his lip, and it swelled up at least twice the size!! But he's okay now!!

Destructed in less than ONE day!!

We got Dude a new stuffed toy, and in less than one day the rope ear was ripped off and shredded, and the stuffing was all pulled out!
